How To Get Started

1) Sign up for a placement evaluation.

Click the “Schedule Your Evaluation” button to schedule your placement evaluation.

2) After your evaluation, our coaches will advise the best path for your athletes based on their age and skill set.

Nashville Aquatic Club offers 14 different groups for athletes of all ages and skill levels. Our professional coaching staff is comprised of 8 full time staff members and over 20 assistant coaches. We are committed to finding the best learning environment for each swimmer, and we will recommend a starting point that’s best for their short- and long-term development.

3) Register your swimmer!

Following your evaluation, you will receive an email with instructions for how to register your athlete. Make sure to follow the directions in the email as the registration process for each program is a little different. At each evaluation, we will pass out an information packet that includes the specific day you should expect to hear from us, letting you know which group we’ve recommended for your athlete and how to register.

Why Nashville Aquatic Club?

Fun & Friends

At all levels of the program, we want our swimmers to have fun, work hard, and make friends! Although swimming is largely thought of as an individual sport, the social side of swimming is very important. Your child will be a part of a supportive community, learn to be a great teammate, and create bonds with friends and coaches which will have a positive impact on their social health and well-being.

Trusted Coaches

All of our coaches are professionally trained and certified. We have 8 full time staff members with over 125 years of experience as full-time coaches and over 20 assistant coaches.

Skill Development

Since 1975, NAC has has been providing swimmers with the tools they need to develop, refine their skills, and reach their goals! Whether you’re looking to try a new sport, improve your fitness and skills, or make it to the Olympics one day, there is a place for you at NAC!

Life-long Fitness

Swimming is a life-saving skill that promotes life-long health and well-being. Physical activity also has brain health benefits for school-aged children, including improved cognition (e.g., academic performance, memory) and reduced symptoms of depression. While at NAC, swimmers are learning a fun, low-impact, way to exercise that they can utilize for the rest of their lives.
