NAC Competitive Team

SET YOUR SIGHTS ON GOLD!

NAC’s Competitive Team philosophy focuses on long-term athlete development, which allows for gradual development of swimmers in the early stages, and adaptation as they progress — developing character traits to help them reach a higher level of athletic excellence. The program fosters self-improvement, personal growth, and goal achievement through a multi-phase process. Competition helps develop their natural abilities and pushes their teammates to do the same. Values such as hard work, self-discipline and perseverance create a culture of motivated, positive athletes and team success.

WHY SWIM FOR THE NAC COMPETITIVE TEAM?

Nashville Aquatic Club is the premier year round competitive swim program in Middle Tennessee. Since its inception in 1975, NAC has trained tens of thousands of children of all skill levels to maximize their potential both in the pool and out. NAC has been named a Gold Medal Club 14 times by USA Swimming since the program’s inception in 2002. Gold Medal recognition is only given to the top 20 teams in the country.
